Yes, you have to log on to AAFES.com

To get this deal, go to the Dell link under Computers. The system is there.
Be sure to look for the free upgrades as listed above.
The Adobe proggie goes for $99 normally! (I don't need it but it's certainly the right price!)

I'm not sure if the coupon will work on this, since they normally exclude the "vendor" products.
