If this particular model broke either your TiVo Series3 HD or TiVo HD, I would give TiVo a call and let them know what happened since their website states this device is specifically compatible. Their customer service is usually pretty good, and they have been pretty understanding at least when I've dealt with them. If anybody else needs, here are the specific instructions from TiVo for increasing storage with this device: |

You mean other than people who want to record more hours of shows than the internal drive will handle, especially since the internal HD will only record 20 hours of HD programming? |
