I bought one because of the low price, but have been very pleased with the results...it has good range and connectivity. Very good bang for your buck. Normal price is $14.99, but they are offering $5 off until 08/29. Here is the link Meritline.com |

Never heard of it but at this price it might be worth a try if you need one. ETA in for 2 |
Nice price, need an adapter, but... when it comes to wireless equipment, I can't buy something with only one review. Good luck to those that can. |

back to $14.99 BUT: I got mine in the mail and it works very well. My router is upstairs and I plugged this into a desktop inside a computer desk in the basement. No drops, strong signal. Glad I bought a spare, thanks again OP! |

gracescut said:Does it work for desktop with Win2000XP system? Thanks! At least some of the Airlink wireless adapters, like the AWLL3026 and AWLL3028 that Fry's often sells for $8-12, support WPA with Windows 2000 and even ME and 98SE (box for AWLL3028 is wrong -- ME and 98SE are supported). |
Does anyone knows where I can download the drivers from? My CD seems to have some problems and shows up as blank. Try google, but nothing really comes up. Thanks. |

Thanks.Download this file, decompress it (pwd: ushawk), mount it with a virtual cd/dvd-rom emulator (such as DAEMON Tools Lite) or burn the ISO to CD. |
i've been using a pci express version of this inside my desktop for over 2 years and it works really really well. i have no complaints. this price is absolutely ridiculous. good find OP. |
Did anyone else find their order cancelled without explaination? |
Thanks OP. I got mine in the mail today. Great price to be able to add wireless to my old IBM x20 running 98SE. |
I bought one of these for $10 a couple months ago. I finally started using it recently, and it's working great. Very good deal, IMO. This worked in my Win XP system without me needing to use the included driver disc, so it was completely painless to "install." ETA: I'm getting a pretty weak signal from this, but it's sufficient for my needs. It doesn't have the range of my old Linksys PCI adapter. |
