Does anyone know what chipset this has in it? I'm looking for something to use with Kismet/Kismac.

Sigh ... looks like the USB adapter days of $5 AR or FAR are gone (used to be the case couple of years back). Not sure what happened? Did these guys drop production or something? This is the best price I could find. Thanks OP.

I've never seen USB wireless adaptors for $5 or FAR. This is indeed the cheapest price that I know of. Plus, the adaptors work pretty good.
