Thanks OP for sharing the deal. Just ordered one with free shipping. manimiao said: Or use WKIT862 for extra 20% discount and pay shipping. This works for clothing, dont know if it will work for furniture.
Not to 'rag' on this deal......but it is not a very sturdy table or chair set, yes it does fold up and is good for maybe emergency get togethers where you need extra seating room, otherwise the chairs don't really hold more than 130 lbs without making you wonder if it's gonna cave in......There reg. price is alittle inflated, (like Amazon) It was definitely never worth $499....anyway just my opinion, I saw this at their outlet and was able to try it out.

How durable is this? I'm a little skeptical given that it's wood. Anyone know if this has a warranty?

When I click on the link to use the "ebates to get 4% CashBack" I cannot find JCPenney in the list of retailers who give Cash Back, Am I doing something wrong?

today, I got only chairs in the first shipment! Yet to open the package. hoping to receive the table soon.
Edit: I opened the box. all the chairs are literally pre-assembled. And I have to say it does no look as nice as it looks in the picture. I am 200 pounds and I sat for few minutes and it has not broken yet!
I think for $100 it is a OK kinda deal! especially having seen the quality of the chairs.

If you don't think the chairs will hold you, they probably won't. Both WalMart and target have started their classic "out with summer" sales on patio furniture, BBQs, etc. Some BBQs have hit 50%, all the patio stuff is only at 30% right now, in the stores near me, but in years prior there have been great deals on good quality stuff (usually at 50%, but sometimes 75%). Patience is the key.
I just received my 5pc set and wanted to report back here on my thoughts of the set.
The chairs are not really what I would call lite weight. (about 12-15 lbs) and due to the variation of wood, are not all the same color. This, to me, is fine as I like the colors of real wood and understand that not everything is going to match perfectly. At least, not at this price.
On the sturdiness, I am nearly 300lbs. (athletic build While, I did not buy it for myself to sit on, I did sit on the chairs. They held me just fine. I tried twisting form side to side and they really didn't move. Personally, I think they will be fine for the wife and kids to use.
Also, Since this type of wood is suppose to be resistand to water, I sprayed it a bit with water and the wood did not absorb water. I even put it out in the hot sun and then sprayed it. The water always beaded.
If anyone find one of these avaialble, and your in need of a set, I would recommend it. (as long as your smalled then me)

Hell, I ordered 3 sets and sold the first for $220, just put together my own set. It's not quite as big as I expected, but the chairs are certainly well put together. They're not large chairs though, but for my uses, a small set that looks nice and is well made works well.
