Just note the rebate terms: Postmark within 14 days of purchase. If it takes a couple of days to ship out, and it actually takes 7 days for shipping, you may find yourself in a tough spot depending on how the weekends land.
Otherwise, awesome deal, and if you don't get the rebate it's still a pretty good deal.

Very Nice! Need a big card for my new MIO C320, does anyone know will the SDHC work fine in it? I saw something once that said some cards can cause problems, but cant seem to find that info now.

It's a maybe on the mio 320.. there are some who've gotten 16gb cards to work...
OUCH ... , just got in on a 4GB Class6 SDHC card a week ago for around $9 (no rebates) for my new Lumix DMC-LZ10 ... double the storage for a buck more and a rebate ... definitely worth it! My timing stinks , Green for the deal anyway OP!!!
