This will be the last week with the instant $10.00 off on the Phillips upconversion DVD player at Costco. Bought one few months ago and the player is working great compare to my previous inexpensive DVD players. Get one before the instant offer expires (8/31/08?).

bought one(dvp-5992) for $40 a month ago, it went back to $50 two weeks ago.
Is this new promotion?

back down to 39.99 after instant discount @ Costco in NYC

It's been 49.99 in NYC for the longest time even when everyone else was reporting 39.99 at their local costcos... finally, NYC is offering the 39.99 price.
