You are all right - here's the copy from the ad that says free shipping - I've complained to Meritline - I ordered multiple items and got the free shipping - if someone can tell me how to cancel this posting, I'll remove it

Shipping doesn't seem to be free on the 100-pack, and the higher quantity packs aren't priced in line with the 100s...

Im getting 9X100 = zero shipping with a total of 8.91. Am i missing something? I got to the checkout page but chickened out.

If you fill out your payment information and click Continue your shipping charge will be added in. Hot deal if they honor the FREE shipping they advertise on the page with the item!

There has been plenty of deals from Meritline.
Might be a left coast thing or site updated.
Ohio has no free shipping

I tried for 100 packs of 100. It turns out to be that the cost of sleeves = $99 and the shipping is $77.23

tried even 9x100 the shipping is 10.45 apart from the cost of the sleeves 8.91
