oh my gosh, I love this game. I beat it though, only took me forever. Didn't like the following versions though (to futuristic, I like WII era games) Sweet, needed a clean copy. My Red Alert CDs are so scratched up and no longer work. |

I have no problem playing any of those games on my XP laptop or Vista desktop. Like I said I already own Decade so I have RA but still what a great game and great find! If I remember correctly this was the first computer (non-console) game that I really got into. Very fun game. If I remember correctly about this also, it I thought it can be run in "compatibility mode" on XP to run properly....but I'm not positive on that. |

If you need to run a DOS environment, there is a quirky but very effective tool available for free download called DOSBOX. Worked great when my Son asked me to get "Full Throttle" from Lucasarts running. |
