good price yet some people on AVS debate over the 805 model being better sounding reciever, as far far stereo is concerned if that matters to anyone here. nice find OP

I could be wrong, but I don't think the 805 can upconvert component over HDMI like the 606/806 can. too bad the 606 doesn't have pre-out that the 806 has.

How does 806 compare to new 706? 706 seem to have new THX2 Low-volume thing right..
