yes it is, there's a simple tape mod apparently that OC's the CPU to 3.0 ghz easily.

It's not tape. Search for "conductive ink pen overclock". It works on Dell's (what the original pin mod was done on).

Unless there's something you really want to add the extra 5% coupon on 799$ raises the price.

And FC is not valid on Dell EPP purchases. Still Green though for the config, especially the HDMI. Just drop in a TV tuner and you have a great Media Center PC.
