Newegg has just now listed these processors in their database and as IN STOCK

92.99 + 8 bucks shipping, it is the cheapest price on an E5200 out there.
PRICE DROPPED TO 89.99 FREE SHIP

Buy.c0m currently has an E5200 listed for $88 free shipping but it is OUT OF STOCK

Why would you wish to purchase an E5200 over an E7200?

E5200 has a much higher multiplier of 12.5x which makes it much more accessible for overclocking to people with boards not able to go over 400MHz FSB, and lets anyone upgrading from a system with older RAM be able to use their memory without too much hassle.

E5200 is a 45nm Wolfdale chip, but it has 2MB L2 cache vs the 3MB of the E7x00 line.

Interesting that the E5200 has VT. Would have thought it wouldnt since the E7200 does not.

Yes it's here. Though, most of the "Pentium Dual-Core" line processors are considered bottom-of-the-barrel chips that are binned off the lowest C2D category (higher VID, lower FSB, etc.)

BTW E5200 should be considered the little brother of E7300, not E7200.
