When I tried (though did not complete) my order this way, I had 2 earring sets in my cart and got these two shipping options. I assume if you choose option 1 from below,you will get free shipping for 2 or more sets.

Maybe you can try the 'e-rep method' again with atleast 2 sets in cart, seemed to work for me though I did not complete the order.
Yeah, I just bought the silver/clear for my daughter and it worked fine. Roughly 3 bucks counting tax. Nice deal OP!

I'd rather just get free shipping mailed to my house rather than have to meet my rep and maybe have them try to sell me more stuff. Anyone have any experience with this?

The other good deal I found in the pas for A von was the light up compact. They work very well. I picked up about 15 of those at the time.
