Get a $25 refill card for $14.99 (after FC) and a spare Nokia 1208 for free or get a Nokia 1208 for $14.99 and a free $25 refill card. Sell the one you don't need to further reduce your out of pocket cost.
I have been using T-Mobile's prepaid plan for a few years. Thanks for the deal, nomoneyinmywallet.
The Motorola V195 Prepaid, is showing as 129.99 - $100.00 for $29.99 as an alternative, its a quad band world phone with Bluetooth. I was thinking of getting a bluetooth phone anyhow. Is that a good deal? I need the refill card anyway, so that phone for $5 is great for me. I guess I have to do some phone research though.

The V195 is "Free" after the $5 FatWallet CashBack and $25 refill card. $29.99 - $5 - $25 = $0 More details in the V195 thread..
Since you've been a T-Mobile to Go customer for awhile, you should have no problem getting an unlock code for the V195. Basic qualifications: Customer for > 90 days, refill within 30 days.
That is a great deal on the Motorola V195. I just did it myself about 2 weeks ago. The flip top phone is really nice and works great. It does not have a camera. But that was not important to me. With the $25 card in talking minutes, you only end up paying around $5 bucks, for a really nice phone, that works really well.
It can also receive and send pics. The email address for T-Mobile prepaid phones is the phone number of the phone, followed by @tmomail.net. So,you can easily send an email with a photo attached, from your computer, to get it on your phone.
Also, as a matter of interest for some, I just called T-Mobile prepaid customer service this morning. I had purchased a prepaid phone as a gift for someone last week, when the $25 free cards were NOT being offered. Today, they were being offered again. So, I asked them if they could still include the card free for me, and they said they did not used to be able to do that, but now they can. So they are sending me the $25 card free of charge, even though it was not offered at time of purchase of the phone. It never hurts to ask.
i received my 1208 in the mail, and there was no $25 prepaid card in the box. My last prepaid phone the card was in the bottom of the shipping box.
And i did buy during the free $25 card promo.
Where did people locate their $25 card? Its not actually in the packaging of the phone is it? I called into cust serv, and it was in india, and they just didnt understand what i was asking.

Mine was inside one of booklets. (not from the phone packaging)
I ordered a V195 recently after the $25 refill card offer was removed from the T-Mobile Web site. But when my phone came it still had the $25 cad in the box. Lucky me.
