Depends on your needs. I have a tilt mount because the TV would have really awful glare if it was just stuck straight against the wall. Other people want it that way.

I have no expert opinion on this, this is my first wall mount...

I purchased the tilt mount.. I figure that it offers more flexibility than the flush...

How did you get it for 19.99? On RadioShock website it's $59.99 after rebate: 99.99 - 40(rebate) = 59.99

The sale appears to be over. I did get mine for $19.99 after rebate. It seems to be quite a heavy duty unit.

Hope this helps!The flash model would be less expensive - $49 vs. $59 and also holds the TV closer to the wall.
