not sure why you're not getting any responses, but it seems like a great deal to me. I would have picked it up had I not bought the StealthXstream recently at Newegg.
The PS is 80 Plus certified even though it doesn't say it in the description (at least it says it on the box if you look at the pics).

I think people just jumped on the deal and didn't bother giving credit. Too bad the PSU is OOS now. Dead deal on the combo.
