Very highly rated HSF from the reviews I've seen. Other places want ~$43-$44 for this HSF with shipping.

I bought one with the old rebate. It doesn't fit in the case I wanted to put it as there is a bar above where the CPU is and this thing is just too tall. I'm sure I can find a place for it.

I don't think I can recommend this cooler enough. If you have a quad-core system or are planning on doing some decent overclocking on your dual core processor, I would get this while the price is low. This and the Xigmatek S1283 are the best coolers I have used under the $40 mark (and this one is every bit as good as the TRUE that is now on my server).
