Whats the deal with the big negative rating?? The 32" Phiilips seems like a good deal, so would someone please enlighten me, if there are known problems, before I buy this.....

I just bought... all reviews looked pretty good that I could find... I don't need 1080p for my bedroom... 720p will work just fine!

great deals for a good brand, best 32" ive seen. the 42" is also an excellent deal, prices have been dropping so fast i dont know when the bottom will hit. I am waiting for that bottom.
