Not bad, it is a little slow on the write side of things
Max Read Speed (MB/s) 56
Max Write Speed (MB/s) 23

This one is a little faster and has a SATA interface for the same price for anyone that is looking

SATA SSD
MLC: Read up to 116MB/s, Write up to 43MB/s

Interesting. This is the first IDE SSD that I've seen for laptops. Still, price is a bit high. I can get a 250GB IDE laptop HD for $90.

Hey that SATA one says "not recommended for OS install" - anyone know the deal on that? Why would it not be recommended for OS install?

They are MLC drives which, as a category, have problems with random writes and thus make it look like Windows is "hanging" periodically. You can read more about it here.
