Other fisher price seats are also made by britax. The labels on the seat all say made by britax.
Same core structure. The only difference that I can tell is the fabric covers are not as plush as britax, everything else is pretty much the same.
[edit]One more significant difference. A lot cheaper than Britax!

The padding on my Graco booster is like non-existent. You'd think they'd make these have more padding - like maybe not too much worse than a real car seat ... after driving for a while (1 hr+) my 5yo is really uncomfortable.
Thank you for the deal OP. I just picked up 2 and will more than likely pick up another 2, so I can have one in each car. Car seats and the like are one thing that we will purchase high quality, regardless of the price. Your post allowed us to purchase a great booster seat at an awesome price!

Thanks. Picked up one for my 2 year old to use in the near future. He is outgrowing his Britax Roundabout carseat.
