The padding on my Graco booster is like non-existent. You'd think they'd make these have more padding - like maybe not too much worse than a real car seat ... after driving for a while (1 hr+) my 5yo is really uncomfortable.
Thank you for the deal OP. I just picked up 2 and will more than likely pick up another 2, so I can have one in each car. Car seats and the like are one thing that we will purchase high quality, regardless of the price. Your post allowed us to purchase a great booster seat at an awesome price!
This is a great price. I just went store to store considering a new seat just a week ago. I was disappointed in the padding on many as mentioned. Some are new thicker than a wash clothe and you know your kid is going to hate it after a few miles! Brand to brand also varies I found in weight and size limits. Some are for 30 lbs, some 40 lbs and up. Most state at least 3 years old. Please read carefully to ensure your child's safety! I did not buy one that day waiting for a better seat to come along.
Oh no, I have a Graco Cargo. It's a "not recommended". Luckily I'm using the 5-point restraint system but I'll have to reconsider using it as a booster.
Heads up - mine was 1.5 years old when it came and IIRC they are only good for 6yrs? Not a HUGE deal - esp. at this price. Fisher Price discontinued these seats.
Recd mine yesterday. No side pockets/net to keep stuff. The cup holder too shallow and wide. Not too impressed with the 1-click/2-click back rest attachment. But probably good price for a decent seat.
The backrest cover has a flap on the front coming over seating area, unsure where that can be tucked ?
