I saw "ultimate recliner" and hoped it would have a built in back massager. Disappointed but that doesn't make it a bad deal.

I love these chairs, and this is a hot price for the quality ones.
These chairs are nice.
I've NEVER seen one priced at $150.00.
$39.99 IMHO is pretty overpriced as well.
Check Rite-aid, CVS, Walgreens, HD, and Lowes and I bet you find the same chair priced on clearance for 1/2 this.

Seeing a similar style chair somewhere else isn't exactly an equitable comparison. I have two of these charis I purchased a couple years ago at Cabela's and they were $120 but I got them on sale for $80 each. It was a great deal because they're very high quality and two years later they're standing strong.
Now that thise chair style is popping up everywhere there are many cheaper, less durable and functional models available and at a much cheaper price. I don't know whether these particular chairs are high quality or not without checking them out. However, saying you saw these chairs cheaper than this and to check Rite-aid or Walgreens is like telling someone who posted a good deal on a Mercedes that you saw some cars much cheaper than this and they they should check the Hyundai or Kia lot. That's a bit of an extreme example, but the logic is the same.
I had bought the exact one for $50 - $10 (20% off coupon) + tax = $43.xx at Linen N Things store. It was a bit too short for me, so I returned it after a couple days. I am 6 ft tall.
This is not a hot price in my opinion - we paid around that amount for ours at the beginning of last spring

i saw these (i think identical) at local HD and target....this was like a 6 mo ago...similar price too. I didn't particularly like them

Ditto! Used 25% off.
The quality version of these chairs is made by LaFuma. They come in different sizes and different materials. This design was knocked off by the Chinese manufacturers and is now found in all the discount stores. They're serviceable, but they're NOT the same quality LaFuma's which sell between $120 - $220.
These look to be decent to use alongside the pool or back patio tho. They're likely to be heavy, so don't think about taking them to the beach !
