$2.86 is a pretty good price.

I have a couple for the 1st gen Touch, one from Meritline (similar to DealExtreme) that was $5 shipped and an inCase one that i found at Target on clearance for $15. The $15 one is significantly thicker and is a much cleaner fit while the Meritline one tends to bulge out on the sides slightly.

Screen protector and case came today - 12 days is fast considering they ship from Hong Kong.

Screen protector was very easy to apply. Case fits perfectly.

Which case did you buy? I sounds like the cheaper case had some negative comments about fitting properly.
