Okay, found this at Home Depot B&M yesterday (Brick and Mortar for newbies - meaning you have to go to the store, it's not online).

I found this in aisle, went to get a cart for it and when I got back to pick it up there were 3 HD employees being very protective around it. I told them I had gone to get a cart for the item, and they told me it was sold and someone had paid for it already. I said okay, and started to leave, and they said wait I could have it. They said they'd find another one up above in the rafters for the customer that bought it. (Did I believe any of this? No! - well maybe the part about there being more in the rafters)

But that brings up a good point. Your best bet in finding this is the same as with the penny items, look up in the rafters for this item. If you find one without a clearance tag you'll probably score. The best part is you won't have to worry about being stopped at checkout like penny items as this isn't a scrap item.

It's in a white cardboard box, about 4 ft by 1.5 ft by 1.5 ft with a label with a picture of the stools on one side.

I bought a similar pair of barstools like these from Home Depot about a month ago. They were $99 a pair.
The difference between these and mine is that mine have a back. The color of the legs is nice, like a mahogany.
The instructions were difficult to follow as they are made in China so the english is off. Be sure to use a little thought when installing them as you may have one leg shorter than the others. Dont fully tighten the screws until the very end!!!!
So far, I have been very happy with the purchase. The seating is very comfortable. $5 for this is a steal.
