Thanks OP. I was looking for a good deal on OneCare for the last few days.

Of all the virus softwares I've used, this is my favorite. Most user friendly and easiest to use compared to Norton/McAfee. Just my opinion, but with 3 months left on my subscription, I too will get in on this deal.

And.... YMMV, but OfficeMax has onecare for $24.99 with no rebates. You MAY be able to get a price match at Office Depot, since both rebates are from MSFT.
No promises, but worth a try for an extra $15 off....
Can anyone please PM me the copy of a "proof of previous ownership"? Thanks a lot
Here are the rebate forms for those interested:
Upgrade rebate will be easy. If you can't remember where you left that copy of your product CD, you uploaded it to cdcovers.cc... remember?
Enclose as your proofs of purchase for your qualifying utility software title:
The product box top with bar code, OR
A photocopy of the disk media, OR
A photocopy or print-out of the product end user license agreement, OR
The first page of the product user manual (if applicable), OR
A printed copy of your online purchase confirmation email receipt from your downloaded purchase of the product.
One thing to note...
OD has changed their wording to state that in-store purchases must use the rebate form printed out at the register, while on-line purchases require the use of the downloaded form from the website.
Don't know if they will reject for this, but wanted everyone to be aware.

I hope not, because the register messed up the rebate printout on my purchase, so the clerk just threw it away and printed out the online form.
The website form says the same thing, so I filled out the website form AND attached the register print out. Microsoft rebate fulfillment CSRs have been very accommodating, so I wouldn't be too concerned.

It shows $49.99 for me with no instant rebate. Anyone else or am I late to the party? Shows
low availability too!
I've used this for a few years now and it just keeps getting better and better. You can have
3 computers protected on one license and it is very user friendly. This software your buying enables you
to download the most updated version from MS servers so if you have a dial up connection be
forewarned this could take awhile. But all and all this OneCare is great! And FAR is crazy!

If you choose in store pickup the price will be $39.99.

I may still do that. The problem is I didn't read the entire rebate form at the store.

These are Microsoft rebates, not OD rebates, so that shouldn't be an issue for this particular deal.
