90 day warranty sucks azz. I had the Slimline s3020n and it kicked the dust after only 6 months!

Add a decent QAM TV card would this be a decent HTPC? I presently have a Mac Mini C2D with an Elgato 250 and it stutters with HD on my 42" LCD...need something more powerful (to possibly use with upcoming TiVo software or SageTV).

Thoughts? Will this stream 720 and 1080p stutter free with a good graphics card?

Well here is the deal breaker:

PCI
One (None available)

My guess is the modem uses the one slot and you can take it out, but only one pci slot kinda blows.

You need less specs in your title and the word REFURB needs to be added.

Example:

REFURB HP Desktop PC: Quad-Core Phenom / 4GB RAM / 500GB HD @ Buy.com $381.15 FS

Lol...this is not a quad core...it is a tri-core.

This says the PCI slot is used, but it says it has a PCIe x16 slot that is free, isn't that where you would put a video card if you wanted to upgrade it anyways? With a nice video card, this could be a pretty cheap computer for mid range gaming.
