Just be careful to read the fine print with OCZ rebates. I just got 4GB of OCZ memory via UPS from Newegg one week ago today. If the rebate form isn't postmarked TODAY, I don't qualify. I missed out on another OCZ rebate before because I received it right before I went on vacation for a week, didn't send it in before I left, and missed the deadline. But I think the biggest sham is that once you send in the rebate you can't return the memory. So when I ordered some more memory late last week, considering how high a defect rate RAM has, I decided to buy RAM that did not have a rebate but had a more reasonable pre-rebate price.

Actually contact them about it and they ckaim they will extend the deadline in certain cases. If you read a lot of reviews on Newegg for their products people complain about this issue and then OCZ will reply that they are willing to work with people on this.

Good luck...

The problem I see with this kit is that many boards that have 4 slots only accept 4 GB (like many of the 775's)... Know before you BUY...

OCZ does have short deadlines however they are also very fast in sending out money. I am still waiting for Crucial rebates that I sent in over a month before my OCZ rebates. I did nearly miss one when Newegg's cutrate eggsaver shipping took 10 days to get me the memory.

same thing here, they have short deadlines but they pay within 6 weeks. (Which is fast in rebate land)
