WalMart stores have lower the price on this item to $9.00.
There is a rebate form sticker on the 1 gallon container of $5 off concentrated or $4 off 50/50. So the end price will be:
Concentrated: $9-$5=$4+tax
50/50: $8-$4=$4+tax

The concentrated is a great deal, so I think.
