Just wanted to add my 2 cents on this. I ordered on the last deal when it was FAR because I had let my old protection expire and suddenly had a ton of viruses infecting my machine. The Trojans wouldn't allow me to install this software.

Their tech support is by far the best I've ever encountered. I spoke with a rep in the USA ... who worked through my problem both with on-line updates from my system and on the phone. I know the guy conservatively spent 4 hours with me before my system was functional again. I sent in for the rebate but after that service, I frankly don't care if I get it or not. I got my money's worth and more already. I won't be switching to another product again ... regardless of the price or rebates offered.
