I have this exact model as I did beta testing for HP for this model. It is sleek, well made machine. For a flatbed scanner, you can't beat this price. I use is frequently to fax , scan, and copy (not too much printing) and it works great. Dooesn't have networking, only drawback, but if you don't need it, its great.

Got one, thanks.
Anyone: if color cartridges go empty, can i still use it with only black?
About the same price as buying ink for my old Lexmark. Plus this is fax-capable.
I also ordered one. Does the HP home 3% off stackable. Also tried the live 3% afterwards, duh, let's see what happen.
Exactly. I still have my old lexmark in storage. Now it can go trash can

Mektarus said:Anyone know how it compares to this one?Well, you could get 3 of the Brothers for $90-$20 or $25. So, about $70+ (with tax) with 3 sets of cartridges. You can get a scanner/copier/fax for each room you have a computer in. Or keep ink, sell 2 of refurbs.
Item# N82E16828115212 is removed from shopping cart due to quantity limitation/insufficient stock. Some combo items might be affected by this.
no more, Dead.
Any chance they'll get more in stock? Does Newegg usually do that?
Order one when it got posted. Been needing a printer, didn't want to buy $80 worth of cartridges for my old printer. Thanks.
