This Aquarium is great!! My Family has been there many times and we love it. If you're planning on going to Cali any time soon (before Nov. 26, 2008) This is a good deal. Go on the days in between Disneyland. This Aquarium has three touching pools with sharks and stingrays. Kids love it. Plus there's a bunch of great restaurants within walking distance. Anyway if anyone is planning a trip to so-cal, go, you won't be disappointed!

I heard this place pales in comparison to Monterey Bay Aquarium. Haha, but I feel like most aquariums would anyway...

Regardless, I'd still like to check it out. Shoot, for $10?! That's not too shabby... hopefully one of these days.

Hey, I have a membership here. It's nice but if you're planning on going, go Monday-Thursday. Do not go on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or any holiday! SERIOUSLY! The place will be crawling with so many rugrats, you wont enjoy it. Last time I was there, I was being manhandled by 6 year olds wanting to get closer to the fishies. It's not that I couldn't handle them, it's just... well... SOME people feel that it's not right to go around pushing tatertots around... even if they started it... Anyways, as someone above said about being disappointed with this Aquarium... at first look, it is very small and disappointing, until you pay the extra fee for the behind the scenes tour. No other aquarium offers the chance to see all the baby seals and sea otters, and learn about how the place works. It's great, and that's what all the hype is about.

What aquarium are you comparing it to? I was not impressed with it after seeing the Baltimore Aquarium, but it beats the crap out of the National Aquarium in DC and is definitely worth $10. Having never seen the Baltimore Aquarium my wife loved it and I wasn't disappointed because I enjoyed walking around the harbor for free afterwards. This deal is slightly better than the BOGO entertainment book coupon I used.

I've been there twice. It's pretty; however it is small. The discounted price is worth the time. Chicago's aquarium is a lot bigger.

I can't speak to it's comparison with other aquariums but I have always had a great time going to the aquarium with friends etc. Good deal overall.
