Pros
This backpack is very reliable and comfortable. Excellent choice on material and very well balanced.
Cons
I would have liked to see a specific location for an internal mouse pouch and for writing utensils. The only down fall to the great material it was constructed of is that the shoulder tension straps has a feature for finger pull that could create problems on a large scale if it were to get caught on something.
Additional Thoughts
I rate this device very high because of the quality of material and construction of the product. It is very comfortable. For the shoulder tension strap issue you may want to create a type of plastic slip snap covers to alleviate the problem of it getting caught on something.

I LOVE this bag... It has everything and room for it.. Plenty of pockets and compartments.. I travel alot and need the versatility of a backpack.. The comfort of the padded straps makes my 17 inch Dell, my headphones, my dvd carrier, paperwork and books seem like there not even on my back, Plus the carrying handle has a reinforced steel cable running thru it.. Great bag.. great comfort and great buy..
Cons
The only thing that I didnt like was there was a chest strap.. i really had no use for this feature.. I read that another buyer had the same con... he just cut the strap off.. so thats what I did.. and it Perfecto..
