As posted earlier, they also have the usual FAR Zenith remote and FAR Peachtree. Those may be useful to cash out your Staples Ink/Rewards check(s). The HP 19" LCD is $189 AR which is not all that great as a standalone deal but if you have any old technology to turn in Staples is giving a $30 Staples Rewards credit (payable in your Jan 09 statement) for each new qualifying technology item you purchase plus you can still stack the usuall Staples coupons/ Rewards certs on top of that deal.

Your post is not a repost and is certainly appreciated. I just posted a few of the Columbus day deals over in DD in this weeks Staples ad thread. Most of the Columbus Day items this year are not worth posting. The ad is esentially 90% of this weeks Staples specials with the addition of the FAR items mentioned earlier and the front page laptop deal. IMO the laptop is not that great a deal for a standard dual core. I would say it is the standard pricing these days. This is also the same laptop that Saples will have in BF for $299 AR.

Could you elaborate on the HP ink rewards? Is it $5 rewards per cart. or total for all 3? Many thanks!!!

Heres what page 2 says in fine print

I'm not sure if Staples has run this deal before, but has anyone had any experience with purchasing the required item (in this case a $30 HP product), returning it the next day, and still getting the deal (in this case $5 per cartridge rather than $3 per cartridge)? Would that work?
