Buy.com has the Sandisk Sansa M250 2gb with FM for 14.99, free ship!
This is a good deal, cheapest on eBay i found was $23. Don't know how good the quality is, but for 14.99.....Refurb.

I have one of these and they are excellent for the price. The refurb packs from Buy are very minimal: player, headphones, miniusb cable, maybe a quick start guide. No lanyard or silicone case unfortunately. I found there is a bug with the 250 - if you want full volume, on my unit you have to level the custom equalizer. Still, with FM, voice recording, stopwatch and regular mp3 playback, and AAA battery, I find I don't use my (wife's) ipod anymore.

One thought - Microcenter sells the 1gb version for $12.99 on sale or 14.99 regularly if you are close to one and don't want to buy through the mail.

WARNING:
Don't buy Recertified product at Buy.com .
Before I bought one ,just few days it do not work and can not get warranty.
