Yeah the description on the website isn't very helpful but I looked it up and from what I can see it is 2x1gb kit (2gigs total).

anybody who can confirm if that works with Gigabyte GA-P35-DQ6.

Its not in their qualified vendor list.

Gigabyte has the smallest qualified RAM list ever. I got this Corsair DD2-1066 to work with the P35-DS3L and EP35-DS3L I built for a friend. You should be fine because you have the same chipset.
And Remember to set the correct timings in bios.
