I just signed up, and I thought this was a decent deal since I am paying a ton for just the internet FIOS and Dish network.
Here is what I got: Multiroom DVR (free for one year, normally $17 a month I think) 2nd receiver($5.99 month) HD Extreme Package(too many channels to list) Fios internet (20 down/5 up)
$87 month + taxes(not sure what these are, they told me not much though)
Not sure if this is just a Dallas area deal, but this deal was good for me since I needed a package that did not include the phone, since I only use a cell phone.

I think Verizon is getting really agressive. They are now waiving the activation fee which was $34.99 for me when I signed up. He did mention that he could work out some bundle deals with existing customers that are wishing to upgrade their service but you would have to speak to him directly about those scenarios.

It was a door to door solicitor, they were in my neighborhood. Just call the sales # and mention the deal, it is a new deal, but they should know about it.
If they dont know about it, I can give you the # for the guy that signed me up, just PM me

Just a warning on this deal. I did a similar deal in March of this year. I have just got the bill corrected in October as they were billing for the wrong price and add ons that I did not want....be persistent and good luck.
Yes, I was afraid of that....Which is why I got the sales guy to write the total price per month at the bottom of the service order before I signed it. At least I have some proof. There is a 1 year contract, but you have 15 days to try it out and cancel if you want to
I can send you info on a the guy who gave me and my neighbor a similar deal. He is a national dealer and is giving a Cash Back rebate on the offer as well...
be careful d2d reps are known to add extras such as virus protection, games on demand, etc. u can remove it later but is a hassle. if you would like, if you know fios is available in your area. ping me. i can have a sales rep contact u instead.
I am not sure i am allowed to post the salespersons info ( i believe it violates FW policy) I will check with the moderator to see if it is ok.
If you PM me I can send to you in the interim...
By the way, He is not a d2d salesperson, rather, he is a national rep (he is the only one I found that is offering a Cash Back offer on fios services - i have run into others that sell it but they only give you the regular offers)

They are charging me $5.99 for 1 HD multiroom DVR and 1 regular STB ( the HD multiroom is free for one year)
I set up this deal last tuesday, they hooked it up for me on thur, and I called and cofirmed with the billing department on Saturday and they told me my bill was $87 a month plus taxes....so seems to be legit deal.
Let me know if you have any questions...so far I miss my DISH because I could pause and record on both TV's, but the picture quality is good and and the price is amazing!
I just called the dude that hooked my service up and told him to expect a few fatwalleteers to be calling him, so call him anytime he said. As long as you live in the Dallas area, he can get you set up.
