I was wondering the same thing. How does the customer know whether or not the member card is "applicable?" I'm sure the coupon scans, but how do I know whether or not the clerk expects me to show a card first? I suspect a degree of YMMV on this. I'm gonna try anyway.

Not complaining, just discussing a legitimate concern, Sarabrianne.
