The 16 GB Flash Voyager features Corsair's proprietary all-rubber housing boasting unheard-of durability. In many third party reviews, the Flash Voyager has been shown laundered, baked, frozen, boiled, dropped, even run over by an SUV, and it continues to work!
We obviously don't recommend you subject your Voyager to such abuse, but it's good to know that it's up to the challenge of living at the bottom of your briefcase, purse, or desk drawer! The Flash Voyager USB 2.0 drive is stylish, compact, and reliable, so you know you can trust it with your MP3s, digital images, presentations and other critical data.
Fully Plug and Play with most operating systems and backward-compatible with USB 1.1. Includes TrueCrypt security software, which enables AES-256-bit encryption, hidden and password protected partitions.

Hm.. Got it. I guess it's an US only deal. I tried doing it from Chile but it wouldn't add. Now I'm doing it from San Francisco and it works fine. Don't forget about Bill's 3% back. Tax sucks.
Remember that speed matters in some flash drives. I don't know about this particular one, but I'd hate having a 16GB drive and having it take an hour to copy 2GB. Just something to ponder before buying it.

Corsair's GT line is their higher speed line. Corsair Voyager drives Of course the deals seem to be on the slower speed drives.
Overexaggeration? I cite this on a Newegg review of a different 32GB flash drive. I spent 2 hours yesterday looking for a decent speed drive to buy. NewEgg review
"Cons: Recording speed is extremely low. I transferred 1.44GB in approximately 50 minutes. Then I edit 400mb of pictures and saving direct on the drive which took the key approximately 70 minutes to finish the transfer. the Record speed is just too slow. I am considering buying another one and giving that as a "present""
Sure there are lots of reasons why this might happen.. USB 1.0, a real slow drive, but I'm just making sure somebody doesn't buy a drive thinking it's the fastest thing since .. um.. well... fast.
He must be using a usb 1.1 port. This one will give a write speed around 10MB/sec and read spead 19MB/sec according to google.

Bought this recently at $54.99 ($28.61 AR, after coupon), thought it was hot.
Contacted Newegg for price adjustment through live chat. Got $10 back, that will make it $18.61AR.
Me: Hi I recently bought a Corsair 16GB flash drive at $54.99, your price is now $44.99.
Newegg: Let me look into this for you. One moment please . . ...... ...... Thank you for holding. Please note that we do not offer price protection. However, I have made an exception and credited $10.00 to your source of payment. You will receive the confirmation email later. Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for the funds to be available onto your account.
