yes, you can have up to 36 months at once... so these 13 month cards will only let you have 2 at once (not 3 for 39 months)

Under normal circumstances I watch Buy.com to drop their price to $38. That will most likely be the cheapest you find at that time, if they are having their sale they do every couple months or so... Best bet is to buy it at the lowest it ever gets, you're not wasting $ by finding a lower price two weeks later....
