Non-Lethal, there is no such thing, it's correct term should be LESS-LETHAL.
I guess they are big targets for belligerent behavior/thefts/animal attacks?

People have died from tasers.
People have died from scratches from plants and mosquito bites too.
If someone is attacking someone else or they break into my house, it does not matter as long as you fear for your life or someone else's (self-defense). If they die, which is unlikely from a taser, it will just help to decrease the surplus dirt-bag population.

I've been looking for a Tazar to keep around the house for added security. I figure that is someone were to break in, I would prefer to immobilize him rather then shoot him dead!
Anyone have a recommendation??

Honestly?...I would rethink your position. I don't want a temporarily disabled intruder in my home. If he wants to run away great, but if he keeps coming, I don't want to "immobilize" him. I know I'm not going to trust the lives of my family to a one shot hope of "immobilization".
Another way to look at it...Imagine a guy with a handgun breaks into your home. He has 10+ shots of lethality from a (pick a handgun). He may have a partner with another gun. You're holding a one shot taser and hear the glass break. How do you feel?
