I got them for 5.28 in Cincy,OH (LD715-4 AA 1.2V 2100 mah). I'm still looking for a decent travel charger (110-220V). Current duracell heats up the battries quickly in under 220V, otherwise fine with 110V. |

I've been using Lightning Pack 4000N for several years now on my travels. Works on 110-240V, batteries don't get too hot, it has a built-in conditioning feature, it's 4.5oz with no wall-wart. Only drawback is that it can't charge one battery at a time - it only charges in pairs. If someone knows a similar charger that charges individual cells, I'm interested. |

I think so. I tried looking online and they appeared as $9.97/pack. There weren't any clearance signs in-store, so I had to ask them to check the price. |

Thanks for the tip! Our store was sold out of the AA, but I ended up getting two packs of the AAA, plus a charger that came with 8 AA batteries, all for $32 with tax. Not bad for 16 of the batteries and a charger. I figure it was $16 for the charger, and a dollar each for the batteries. |
