Pfaltzgraff Outlet Stores: Heritage Pattern 40 piece set for $29.99 YMMV

After visiting my local outlet mall...well not so local (about 40 miles away) I stumbled across a great deal at Pfaltzgraff. As many already know, they are shutting down their outlet stores, etc. etc. So as I was combing through the clearance items, I found:

That's about 80% off. I don't know how or why they do that....but they do.
