Junk PSU. VERY poor quality control. Poor design. Engineers cut corners just to "make it work".

Anyone who disagrees is not educated in electrical engineering.You don't need an EE education to peer inside the PSU and spot smaller heatsinks and consequently a higher (but still very quiet to most) fan speed for cooling. I assume you're talking about the actual design and layout of the circuit board. How about explaining to someone educated in electrical engineering why the design is junk?
