EXACTLY what I was thinking! I know another forum that had a similar contest and mods said that so many people made multiple, well actually hundreds of accounts to vote for their own entry that it messed up the voting so they had to judge it themselves. The participants claimed that they were just encouraging all their friends to sign up and vote, but the mods could tell it was all from the same IP. But hopefully we have honest FatWallet members here!

Im disappointed too. I thought it would be on the main page and in HD. Who is gonna find it here?
Also, I like the only current members can vote idea.

I also hope the videos move around, so that the sames peoples always arent on the top. I dont think anybody is gonna watch them all and then vote... that's over an hour of FW commercials.
Its pretty much just random luck at this point. And since im blessed with thee worst luck, you all have it in the bag. LOL!

Maybe the Fat Wallet MODS should vote? Would that make everyone Happy? I'd be okay with it completely! Plus we wouldn't have to question and wonder if people are going to create accounts, etc. It's just simple as a couple of Fat Wallet MODS. Seems fair! Plus they wouldn't have to move the videos all around, i am sure they will watch them all.

What's everyone think?

These videos were about fatwallet and its community, so I think the members should decide. I trust the MODS will spot any irregularities in voting.

I didn't mention OT because ALL of FW forums are my favorites, I just spend most of my time in OT.

when you make a commercial you want to tell what forums you have and how they work.
I want to portray the forums as truthful as possible.

Make a video and win a camcorder? Isn't that kind of a stupid prize? If I have to make a video, I probably already have a camcorder. Not much thought put into this contest.
