I bought one for my HTPC setup. I returned my diNovo edge and replaced it with this one. I am using it from a distance of 10 feet without any problems. The media keys work without having to install the Logitech drivers.

Good product. A few cons are that the keyboard does not have an armrest. And the AA batteries go into the mouse. Also, the right click using keyboard requires a combination.
The keyboard feels light and the keys soft. Mouse feels reasonably quick and sharp.
Range I measured at least 5 meters (I stopped measuring). Sufficient for me.

Any commnets on how this compares to the diNovo Edge? With and without regards to the ~$100 price difference?
I just picked one up so when I connect my laptop to my TV I don't have to get up to control the show... good find! These are normally $24 at Target so they're already pretty cheap. How is the mouse?
Picked this up today at local Target. Opened the box, pop in the included batteries to mouse and keyboard. Plugged in the USB receiver, vista ultimate 64bit installed the drivers without me putting in the disc, which is awesome since my dvd drive broke on me last month ::cry::
Love the keyboard and mouse, works like it should.

The keyboard is rather similar in feel since both are low profile and very light. This keyboard is lighter since the diNovo edge has a plexiglass cover over the plastic body.
The diNovo edge had a big issue that it would keep rebooting my PC when left on the charging dock. The diNovo edge has the mouse built-in, which is both good and bad, since it makes for clumsy movements across the screen while doing away with another piece of hardware.

Of course, my wife was happy that I saved $150.
comparing .. to .. the ... edge. ??? are they serious ? The edge is the most comfortbale keybaord I've ever typed on and is basically a highend laptop keyboard. The EX100 keyboard is a basic logitech keybaord but wireless. They keys are higher, have more travel, have resistance as you push them, and don't click really. The edge is physically completely differently shaped including the aluminum wristrest which takes some getting used to. The Edge also has a touchpad device and weighs next to nothing.
The only thing you should compare an edge to possible is the S-series and even then it's a bit of a stretch. The S-series is really closer to the regular dinovo but with less of a laptop feel on the keys.
The one really neat thing I've seen on all logitech keyboard/mouse combos is that the devices and the receivers seem to generally be interchangable with other ones. I've had a few cordless mice that were permanently bonded to the controller or whose controller only worked for them. The Edge for isntance I believe works with any bluetooth receiver but it's receiver only works with it.
a good alternative for this if you use 'auction sites' is the original logitech mediaboard for ps3. It comes with a built in touchpad and uses a much smaller receiver . It's not as pretty but its's light and it generally does the job but can also be used form your couch without a mouse I got one 'refurbished' for 22 shipped I believe.
The newer mediaboard is bluetooth, much mroe attractive, and has PS3 buttons, but it also costs 50-80 even used.
soild green!! good job great price for a great KB/Mouse combo. What was the model they clearanced out a month or 2 back? Wasn't that the EX100?? they replaced it with the EX110, I thought?

My last wireless keyboard from Target was the logitech this replaced and I opened it up about 90 days later (it was for my HTPC that I still haven't finished) to put some stuff into my Xbox 360 quickly to be surprised to see no USB adaptor or connection. I was more surprised to find a GE keyboard and an IO something receiver that didn't match. Since it had been so long I didn't have the reciept and they clearenced it out so the most they would give me was 8.54 for a 50 dollar keyboard (29.99 on sale when I got it). The wouldn't trade for this model, maybe I'll try to trade now and only be out 9ish dollars, still sucks.
Scored 2 at my local Target, they have "On sale" tags on the shelf. Thanks OP, will go great for the DIY wifi picture frames I'm building.

Um? Why would you buy something and wait 90 days to open it? Regardless of building an HTPC or not, you'd want to check if everything checks out within the return period.

and I bought one for my sister for christmas. Already upgraded her laptop (sold her old junker and bought her a new one), so this is just a bonus.

This keyboard would be the "nothing" in that sentence, then.
The diNovo edge has a fatal rebooting flaw. It is a waste to spend $190 on a keyboard when you cannot shutdown your PC while the keyboard is being docked.

In June I ordered Logitech EX110 from Newegg. That box was missing the USB receiver and USB/PS2 adaptor. I called Logitech thinking they would just ship the missing parts. Logitech blamed Newegg saying, they might have sent me a repackaged item (inspite of me saying repeatedly that the package does not look tampered). They wanted me to ship it back to Newegg. Newegg next day sent me another set (and let me keep the original one). The keyboard works with an older RF receiver I had. I'm using both keyboards. The extra mouse I am saving for future.
That is the benefit of shopping "Free Shipping" items at Newegg, I suppose. It would have costed them more than half the price of the product for the return shipping on the defective item.
just got mine, works good with my old logitech receiver and mouse (my old keyboard had died after a year of constant use)

Does anyone know the battery life for the mouse? There is no on/off switch for this mouse. I have owned 2 logitech and 1 MS wireless mice, they all have on/off switches. Is this one just going to sleep mode if no movement or click?

My left mouse button has developed a squeek already!! Anybody else have this problem?
Does anybody know how to get rid of this? It's not like I can oil it!

I've got an EX110 on my kids computer. We recharge the batteries every 3 to 6 months depending on the batteries and usage. With normal rechargables it's 1 to 2 months because of normal NiMH drain, with regular batteries it's 3+ months depending on usage, with Eneloops it's around 6 months.

I could not find any 11-25 or 11-26. Radio Shack has the EX110 BF ad for $19.99 11-28 and 11-29. They had a cool wireless Logitech mouse (LX-6 or LX6) but it was $30.
