The 8GB card is an especially hot deal! Hope someone else can take advantage of these great prices. Rebate states that any "pro photo" store qualifies, so some other/better deals can be had. But with the free shipping here, this sealed it for me.
I got the 8GB cards from B&H today for $70 plus $9 shipping for 3 cards. I also picked up 3 of the 4GB cards for $37 each. Added a snoot for my lights and shipping was a whopping $10 for everything.
By the way, if you care about your photos in harsh conditions, I'd get one of these: http://www.adorama.com/GPCSE4N.html?searchinfo=gepe&item_no=1 I personally have 3 of them, used in rainforest, beaches with sand/salt, etc. Kept everything OK for several months of shooting at a time. I'd get bright yellow, so you can find it in your pack. Also they float!

Went for the 8GB at B&H -- ~$14 after shipping and rebate. Still an awesome deal and bumps my CF stable to 28GB, which is enough for anything I can foresee until I upgrade my A700 in a couple years. Thanks!
Anyway, J&R has updated their product listing on the 8GB to reference the $80 rebate, making it $5 AR, plus shipping, which for me was $6.95.

anyone has a 8gb UPC scan? Can you forward it to me? I forgot to scan mine before I send out rebate. I know I should always keep a copy in case they lose my mail. Please help.
