Good plan but i don't think you can download GH III songs... just rock band 1. But still a great deal for a full set with RB2 and GH4.

Yeah they work(for the drums because Rockband only has 4 pads and GH has 5 it converts in-game to 4 but it still works).

rock band drums "work".. but like a previous poster said.. wt drums has 5 pads... plus they are arranged like a real drum kit (ie with cymbals up). there're cymbal extensions for the rockband 2 kit.. but yea thats more money...
