Did a search but didn't see this posted. If it is, sorry I missed it. Western Digital My Book Studio Edition 750GB external hard drive for $129.99 at Fry's b&m. The studio edition has usb 2.0, firewire 400 & 800 and esata ports. This is in todays Fry's Ad for b&m stores. I have no idea if it's online as well. Not sure what's inside although esata suggests it should be a sata drive inside. Not hot if you just need the drive. It's the case with these specific ports that makes it luke warm. If you need firewire, especially those of us who need fw800 (like me Best price on pricegrabber is $149. YMMV as always. If it's not hot enough for you, then just move on |
