I am sorry to see folks getting burned but the shady business practices of this company and its highly variable product quality have been discussed here so you were warned.

Yup. Chalk one more etailer that will always get a neg from me in the future, joining hall of famers in the likes of buy and tiger... Bought the 6 pack AA R2U 2300mAhs and received instead 6 packs of AA 2600 mAhs, not even the more current 2700mAhs. If I didn't know better, I'd say they probably set it up to dump the 2600s in the first place.

Email to them and the only response was they were out of stock and wont have any more until Jan 31st and that I casn return them if I didn't open them if I send them back. Request for a call tag so far has not been responded in the past 48 hours. I will never buy from this company again and will actively discourage friends and family from doing so also, including all my friends here at FW.

Just got a promo e-mail from from All-Battery.com saying that they have the R2U batteries back in stock. I'm having a problem accessing their website at the moment to check the status of my backorder, but if they do indeed have them back in stock, and the backorders are fulfilled as they should be, we'll, hopefully we'll be getting the R2U versions soon.

Wow, now 24 of these batteries are $33.99 minus 11% (maybe 12%???) with free shipping. So it seems pretty clear that the $18.69 we paid for the same quantity earlier was a pretty raging deal (despite the frustration and long wait).

I spent $100 on batteries and a charger from here before. They never kept their charge in the devices and they rated less then the said they were. I was so pissed I threw them all away and bought a LaCrosse charger. Never again. Check this out:

I've tested about half of the cells so far through my two BC-900 LaCrosse Chargers.
Did you do this with the Test Mode? If you did, when do you find out the charge the battery will hold? The instructions say it will fully charge, discharge and fully charge again, so is it after the last charge or after the discharge?
