I tried Th1ngs Remembered a while back. The product I received was the exact opposite of this description.

I ordered an engraved pewter music box as a gift; what I got was a metal music box with an engraved plate badly attached to it by weak double-sided tape. It kept falling off whenever the box was opened. Very embarrassing.

Even worse, Th1ngs Remembered customer service was unresponsive/unhelpful, despite numerous attempts to contact them.

My advice: AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
